Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use remobilecarwash.com, request a quote, book a service, or call or text R & E Mobile Car Wash & Detail ("R & E", "we", "us"), a family owned mobile car wash and detailing business serving the Los Angeles area. By booking with us you agree to these terms.
Prices and estimates
- Prices on our website, in our chat and on our phone line are starting prices.
- Your final price is confirmed by Ric before the job, based on your vehicle's size and condition and the services you choose.
Bookings and deposits
- A booking made on our website, in our chat or on our phone line is a pending booking until the deposit is received.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits can be made by credit or debit card, Zelle or Venmo. All add-on extras will be added to the final balance due.
- We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and Credit/Debit Cards for the balance.
Cancellations
- Need to cancel? Text or email us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll refund your deposit in full.
- Same day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Text messages (SMS)
- Program: R & E Mobile Car Wash & Detail appointment messages.
- What we send: if you agree to receive texts when you book, we send quote follow ups and appointment confirmations and reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- How often: message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 messages per booking.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or call or text 213-393-0721.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been removed.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
